Saisink

Saisink refers to the heat sink system independently developed by Saijo Inx. We realize complex shapes and constructions using advanced thin sheet metal stamping & welding technologies.

Light , customizable, combining different materials

Heat sinks are used to cool down components, such as semiconductors. Although light and highly customizable heat sinks are sought after manufacturing processes and technologies have reached a peak, and market needs are far from being fulfilled.

 

In order to break through, we created a new fin manufacturing method from our own thin sheet metal manufacturing technology. We also make use of a new joining technology featuring laser welding.

 

Our light and highly customizable heat sink can hold components from several materials.
