Our Weak Points

  • We cannot make the large heat exchanger. (e.g. the size is more than W500xL500xH500)
  • We cannot make the heat exchanger for super high temperature. (e.g. it is more than 800℃)

The all of parts are made of( Stainless steel t1.0) and processed by sheet metal working and welding assembly except for fans, heaters, and a sensible heat exchanger.

The structure is that the corrugated fin is rotaed by 90 degrees,
and partition plates put between each fins and then, they are stacked.
This structure is also that the air flows from high temperature side and
low temperature by turns. Finally these parts are brazed.

Heat property examination

To analyze the temperature change of fluid and the pressure loss,
by doing the thermal fluid analysis of stacked fins in the heat exchanger.

We were able to be raised the temperature of inflow outside air more than 10℃ by
the heat recovery from exhaust gas side.
So we were certain that this structure achieved the target value,
and then we manufactured the products.

Process 3 Manufacturing of the heat exchanger


  • Parts processing Fin, Sheet metal parts, Cutting parts From 1 week to 2 weeks
  • Purchased parts Fan, Heater, etc. From 3days to 2 weeks
  • Brazing Tacking, Jointing From 1 week to 2 weeks

Process 4 Performance evaluation of the heat exchanger

To verify the performance of the heat exchanger by setting the thermo couple
in the heat exchnager and measuring the air temperature.
