We manufacture dies same for prototype as that of mass production, so that it takes too much cost and time to manufacture.
That is why we developed the prototyping system for miniature stamping parts.

High Precise and Microscopic Die-parts Processing
- Realize to manufacture die-parts in a serial with a profile grinder.
- Optimization of grinding, jigu, and processing condition. Standardization of parts-size (the combination with die-system).
- Standardized parts-manufacturing of profile grinder and φ0.05 wire EDM.

Multilevel Processing by One Servo Motion Press
- Desk-servo motion press developed and manufactured in-house is improved.
- Adjust the stroke of the original dies.
- 4 dies are to be set at maximum.

The difference Between the Miniature Stamping System for Prototype and the Conventional Method
The Conventional Method
- Vertical accuracy of dies set on brakes is not so high.
- Only φ0.2 wire EDM is able to process because the thickness of die plate is more than 10.0mm.
- Positioning accuracy of die and insert coreis not so high.


Multilevel Servo Press System
- Set four dies in one set-up in one servo press.
- Adjust strokes of each die ±0.2mm.
- No more grinding parts for adjusting the stroke.
- No more arrangement for dies to each servo press.

Handfeed Simple Progressive Die System
- More accurate than the conventional die-set
- Four precise guide pins
- More precise positioning precision of holder and core (with pilot pins)
- Manufacturing thickness 8.0mm dies with φ0.05 wire
- More accuracy for desk servo press
