The difference Between the Miniature Stamping System for Prototype and the Conventional Method

The Conventional Method

  • Vertical accuracy of dies set on brakes is not so high.
  • Only φ0.2 wire EDM is able to process because the thickness of die plate is more than 10.0mm.
  • Positioning accuracy of die and insert coreis not so high.
