The consistent production system, namely from prototype to mass production run, enables to launch onto the market quickly. Disposal dies are quickly made for initial prototype. Initial prototype data is applied to improved prototype. Pre-production prototypes are produced with same precision as that of mass production. Potential problems for mass production will be visualized through the prototyping stage. Rapid prototyping, short delivery and high quality are provided by manpower, well-equipped facilities and know-how. Moreover complex shaped prototypes are achieved to process in-house.
High-volume prototyping is achieved to deliver quickly according to man power, a franchise system and well-equipped facilities : 3 microscopic laser processors, 20 wire EDMs and 53 brakes.
Our track record: 300 simple die-sets for drawing and die blanking are manufactured per month. Its precision is same as that of mass production.
