SAIJO INX's Technique

We have an assembly service. Its most striking feature is a combination of thin sheet metal processing and welding (YAG welding and spot one). XY robot developed in-house is able to have an automatic welding-processing. That can make it possible to facilitate supply and save a unit cost. We use welding-processing in different ways; process quickly with a desk-welding machine for prototype and with 3 YAG welding machines and 15 spot welding machines for mass production. That can make your key parts realize a vertical start-up, which is supported from parts-development.
