These insects which are made from one piece of sheet metal are indicated our core-competences in the field of thin sheet metal manufacture. We think of insect as micro machine, which is able to locate what they search even in the darkness.
The metal insects series require tremendous precision. The dragonfly as a picture on the right side, the material is SUS 304-CSP and the thickness is 0.05mm. The tolerance is ±0.05mm. The processing time is 30 minutes par one. It is remarkable that techniques of mass production are used (not those of prototype).
Our high techniques can be seen in designing and manufacturing simple die-sets in low-costs and short delivery.

We image a real butterfly in designing and making. The patterns and wings are connected and moved as one.
When the butterfly stands on a branch, its patterns are opened. And when it flies away, one is closed and the other is opened.
